                              REFUND POLICY

As speaking about subscription-related plans, GenFoxTech.com is committed to repay Your amount in case our technicians are unable to troubleshoot even a single issue within 30 days of the subscription. If we have fixed one or more problems, the amount charged for subscription service will not be refunded. However, GenFoxTech.com has the sole discretion to decide on the refund of the subscription fees for Services provided. For incident plans, You are entitled to a refund if the subscription meets the following conditions:

•  We troubleshoot an issue, still the problem was not addressed then refund will be
initiated within 72 hours.
•  If we find your problem to be out of scope for a particular plan, yet by mistake you were
charged for the service, refund will be initiated within 72 hours of request.We troubleshoot an issue, still the problem was not addressed then refund will be initiated

•  7 days for per-incident plans have not passed after the first issue was worked upon by
our technician.

 

GenFoxTech makes it clear that we do not hold any information about the credit card of a customer.
We will not make any charges without your permission. You are entitled to shift from a
three/nine monthly plan to an incident plan and in that case GenFoxTech Inc will accommodate
your payment as per the terms and conditions stated in subscription cancellation policy.

 

One/Two/Three Months Subscription Cancellation Policy:


If customer decides to cancel the three/six/nine months’ subscription plan, customer will get
partial refund as per following cancellation policy

 

Cancellation Timings Partial Refund
Within One Month Subscription Fee – (One Incident fee + Set Up
Fee + Subscription Cancellation Fee).
From second month onward till end of the Plan Subscription Fee – (One Incident fee + Set Up
Fee + Subscription Cancellation + Number
Of Months Passed * Subscription Fee /
Divided by Subscription Months).


* One Incident Fee is $99
* Set Up Fee $50
*Subscription Cancellation Fee $29.00

 

One Month Subscription Cancellation Policy:


If customer decides to cancel the one months’ subscription plan, customer will get partial refund
as per following cancellation policy

 

Cancellation Timings Partial Refund
Within One Month Subscription Fee – (One Incident fee + Set Up
Fee + Subscription Cancellation Fee).

 

 

* One Incident Fee is $99
* Set Up Fee $50


Note: There will be no refund after expiry of the plan.
